I’ve spent the last 17+ years coaching women all over the world, thanks to 21 years as a military wife. But before I became the coach I am today, I was right where you are. After having my children, I felt disconnected from my body—low on energy, struggling with confidence, and searching for a fix. I tried every quick solution out there, but nothing worked long-term.
Then, I changed my approach. I focused on fueling my body properly, training smarter, and building sustainable habits—and everything transformed. Not just my body, but my confidence, my energy, and my entire outlook on health. That journey led me to my mission: helping midlife women feel strong, capable, and vibrant again.
